Applications are now officially open for the International Master’s Degree in “Strength and Conditioning for High Performance in Team Sports”, organised by the University of Messina in collaboration with the Mapei Sport Research Centre.

The Master’s programme was established with the aim of training highly qualified professionals in the field of physical preparation and performance in team sports, through an innovative course that integrates scientific evidence, practical experience and direct interaction with professionals working at the highest levels of international sport.

Delivered entirely in English and worth 60 ECTS credits, the programme brings together an international faculty comprising researchers, sports scientists and strength & conditioning coaches from leading universities, federations and professional clubs.

Key features of the programme include:

teaching activities at the Mapei Sport Research Centre and the University of Messina;

– courses focusing on physical conditioning, sports science and performance in team sports;

– an integrated approach combining scientific research and professional practice;

– internship opportunities with professional clubs and sports organisations operating in the high-performance sector;

– a limited number of participants to ensure a high-quality educational experience.
