The Mapei Sport Research Centre is present at the prestigious European College of Sport Science conference in Rimini. Today Mattia Frigerio and Marco Martin will be speakers, with their respective reports entitled “Inter-limb asymmetries in evoked knee extension strength exacerbate musce fatigability in young and adult professional soccer players” and “Locomotor efficiency reduces during matches in high level male and female soccer players”.

On Friday, Mapei Sport Training Department manager Federico Donghi and Andrea Bosio, head of scientific research at the Varese-based centre, will take the stage to illustrate their work on “Exploring inter-limb asymmetries relathionships using isokinetik, jump and change of direction tests” and “Enhancing training outcomes with superimposed adaptive functional electrical stimulation during cycling: a comparison to cycling alone” to the qualified audience.
