Those who book an assessment test, even in December, will receive a free 4-week personalized training program.<\/p>\n<p>Take the opportunity to test your level and fitness by taking one of the following tests:<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mapeisport.it\/en\/servizi\/test-fcpotenza-tipo-conconi-per-il-podismo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\">Heart rate\/power test (Conconi) for running<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The test is carried out while running on a treadmill in the laboratory and measuring the heart rate in relation to the power reached during incremental exercise to exhaustion. This test allows us to assess and monitor the athlete\u2019s level of fitness as well as detect heart rate rhythms during different training activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mapeisport.it\/en\/servizi\/test-fcpotenza-tipo-conconi-per-il-ciclismo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\">Heart rate\/power test (Conconi) for cycling<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The test is carried out while cycling on an exercise bike in the laboratory and measuring the heart rate in relation to the power reached during incremental exercise to exhaustion. This test allows us to assess and monitor the athlete\u2019s level of fitness as well as detect heart rate rhythms during different training activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mapeisport.it\/en\/servizi\/test-di-soglia-lattacida-per-podismo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\">Anaerobic threshold test for running<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">maximum in accordance with the Mader protocol. During the exercise, a set of measurements are taken in relation to the concentration of lactate in the blood (via subsequent droplets drawn from the earlobe) at increasing speed to establish the anaerobic threshold. The test is used to monitor the athlete\u2019s level of fitness throughout the season and to identify training patterns with reference points based on heart rate and\/or speed. It is also possible to obtain approximate estimations of half-marathon and marathon race times.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mapeisport.it\/en\/servizi\/test-di-soglia-lattacida-nel-ciclismo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\">Anaerobic threshold test for cycling<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A test carried out whilst pedalling on an exercise bike in the laboratory during incremental exercise to maximum in accordance with the Mader protocol. During the exercise, a set of measurements are taken in relation to the concentration of lactate in the blood (via subsequent droplets drawn from the earlobe) with increasing power loads to establish the anaerobic threshold.
