Many sports people consume it frequently because it contains a lot of energy. To get an idea: 5 dried walnuts contain about the energy of 50 g of pasta or a sandwich of 60-70 gr. However this energy is almost entirely contained in its fats. Is it therefore the right energy before or during training?
