Our engineers assessed the respiratory and circulatory capacity , through the test of maximum oxygen consumption ( VO2max ) and tests sprint. This test allows evaluation and correct setting of the training rate in order to allow athletes to achieve maximum performance even during training. Neuromuscular capacity was also assessed through power peaks at intervals of 6 seconds.
