The Cycling Trainer programme works on a scientific basis and nothing is left to chance.

The Mapei Sport Cycling Trainer method offers personalised training plans for cyclists of all levels and standards. However, it is recommended for cyclists over the age of 16, who are already on a training programme.

Cycling Trainer is ideal for planning your entire season’s training, since it is designed to gradually increase your training loads. For winter training (starting from the end-of-season transition period) MAPEI SPORT allows you to download free training plans designed for cyclists’ different specific needs.

The Cycling Trainer programme is customised and flexible. It takes into account training you have actually completed and feedback, creating a dynamic training plan for each individual user. The programme is based on 4 weeks’ training but offers a 2-week trial period. Additional weeks can be paid for in blocks. Information is available on the prices and promotions page.
