On Friday 2 December, a lesson entitled Maximal Oxygen Consumption was given by Prof. Tornaghi, a trainer at Mapei Sport. The lesson was given in the auditorium off the IIS higher education institute in Carate Brianza during school hours, with some of the classes of the Liceo Sportivo (secondary school for sports) and the Liceo delle Scienze Applicate (secondary school for applied sciences in sports).
